    JULY -

During the month of July, the local Community Policing Team has maintained a high-visibility presence through regular foot patrols across the area in response to local tensions. Officers have conducted door-to-door enquiries around identified problem addresses to gather intelligence, provide reassurance, and address concerns raised by residents. Key members of the community have also been visited to strengthen relationships and gain further insight into local issues.
The team has been made aware of incidents involving deliberate fires being set within the area, and police are actively investigating these reports and taking appropriate action to identify those responsible and prevent further occurrences. In addition, several Coffee with a Cop events and community coffee mornings have been held, providing residents with an opportunity to speak directly with officers, raise concerns, and discuss issues affecting their neighbourhood.
Furthermore, an Environmental Action Day was carried out in partnership with local agencies to address concerns relating to littering, driving behaviour, and inconsiderate parking. These joint initiatives demonstrate a continued commitment to improving community safety, tackling anti-social behaviour, and responding to the priorities identified by local residents.
