Body of a man discovered in Bedfordshire lake

The body of a man has been found in lakes near Sandy in Bedfordshire.
Police were alerted just before 7am today (Thursday) to reports of a body in the Manor Farm lakes near the village of Stratford.
Officers, fire crews and ambulance staff attended, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim is believed to be in his 50s. Next of kin have been informed.
The death is being treated as unexplained, but detectives are not treating it as suspicious.
