Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate a missing teenager from Houghton Regis.
Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of 14-year-old Lexi, who has been missing from her home since Wednesday (24 June).
Lexi is described as 5’2”, fair complexion, with blue eyes and straight long ginger hair. She also has a silver nose ring, and was last seen wearing pale blue cycling shorts, a dark grey t-shirt and black sliders.
Detective Chief Superintendent Zara Brown from Bedfordshire Police said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Lexi’s welfare and safety.
“I would urge anyone who has seen Lexi, or who has any information about where she may be, to please come forward.
“Lexi – please contact us. This has been an agonising time for your friends and family, and we want you to return home safe and well.”
Anyone who has seen Lexi is asked to call 999 immediately. Any information about her whereabouts can be reported online, quoting reference 494 of 24 June.
