Appeal to trace man wanted on recall to prison

Officers are appealing for the public’s help to locate a man wanted on recall to prison.

Wayne Carass, 46, of Upper George Street, Luton, is described as around 5’9”, medium build and with short ginger hair.

Chief Inspector Emma Nicol said: “We’re urging anyone who may have information about Carass’s whereabouts to get in touch.

“Even the smallest detail could be important, and your support can make a real difference in helping us find him as soon as possible.”
