The daughter of a man who died following a fatal stabbing in Luton last Wednesday (8 January), has paid tribute to a “loving and caring person.”
Emergency services were called at around 11:05pm to a report of a serious stabbing at an address in Highbury Road, Luton.
Martin Sullivan, 63, was taken to hospital but pronounced dead shortly afterwards.
Paying tribute, Martin’s daughter said: “My dad was a very loving and caring person who would help anyone.
“He will be very much missed by all his friends and family. He’ll never be forgotten.”
Abul Kasim, 25, of Perrysfield Road, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, was arrested on Sunday (12 January) and was charged with murder yesterday (Monday) in connection with the incident.
He has been remanded into custody ahead of a court hearing at Luton Crown Court on Thursday (16 January).
