Carson Grimes from Luton has been charged with a number of sexual offences relating to children.
The 68-year-old, formerly of Dumfries Street, was today (Wednesday) charged with 42 different counts of sexual assault dating back to 1987 and relating to 13 victims.
He will next appear in court on 23 October.
