It is alleged that PC 430 Iain SOLOMON Breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour as set out in Schedule 2 of the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020, to the level of Gross Misconduct of listed below: · Honesty and Integrity · Duties and Responsibilities · Discreditable Conduct · Authority, Respect and Courtesy When dealing with an incident on 21st September 2024, PC Solomon was dishonest to a member of the public/complainant and provided inaccurate reports to the Force Control Room. On 21st September 2024 PC Solomon’s interaction with a member of the public was confrontational and unprofessional. On 21st September 2024 PC Solomon failed to carry out an effective investigation and failed to take into account the needs and rights of the member of the public/complainant as a victim of crime. |
