Request under the freedom of information act 2000 ref no's: FOI2025/02575
I write in connection with your request for information received on 22nd March. I note you seek access to the following information:
I would like to know the number of times action under the law (including the issue of fines) has been taken in cases of the following:
1) Riding a privately owned e-scooter in a public place such as on a public road.
2) Littering.
3) While driving a motor vehicle, being stationary on a yellow box junction.
4) Using a mobile phone while at the wheel of a motor vehicle.
5) The use of non-standard format vehicle number plates, ie ROB1N instead of ROB 1N.
Please supply this information for the most recent 12-month period for which you have available statistics and also for the equivalent 12-month period before that.
